All orders are currently shipped using Canada Post.

If things don't work out, there'll be no hard feelings.

If for any reason you would like to return a product,

please contact us within 3 working days explaining the issue.

We will review the issue and do our best to help you resolve it.

PLEASE NOTE:

Until the risks around Covid-19 are fully contained,

we are unable to accept returns on used items.

 If the return and refunds claims are accepted,

the products should be sent back within 30 working days from receipt. 

We will issue a full refund of the purchase,

including the shipping cost if you are returning the full purchase.

We put a lot of effort into describing the products

and displaying the products as close to reality. 

However, because the products are handmade, size, weight,

shape and colours may vary slightly from product to product!

We therefore cannot accept refunds or returns based on these grounds.
